The Scooty & JoJo Show's ALIEN QUEEN is a wildly celebrated comic rock event from the outrageous team that birthed Chicago's cult hit show CARPENTERS HALLOWEEN (2007- 2010). For ALIEN QUEEN, the most terrifying science-fiction films of a generation are deliciously parodied and paired with the greatest, most flamboyant rock band ever. The movies Alien (1978) and Aliens (1986) meet the music of Queen in a ferocious synergy of face-melting guitars, face-hugging puppets, soaring harmonies and scorching comedy.

The Scooty & JoJo Show first unleashed ALIEN QUEEN in December 2010 at Chicago's Circuit Nightclub. It's limited run captured overwhelming critical acclaim, a CBS-Chicago TV segment, and saw standing-room crowds at its 200-seat house. On recommendation from his staff, Metro owner Joe Shanahan caught a performance and immediately offered his club as its next venue. Transforming itself to fit the legendary music hall, ALIEN QUEEN has become a full-tilt rock spectacle comprised of H.R. Giger-inspired aliens, gender-bending humans, and some of Chicago's best rock musicians. Between May 2011 and December 2011, ALIEN QUEEN played Metro five times and saw over 2700 screaming fans.
